Rob Leathern is a software builder who has held leadership roles at Meta and Google, among others. He believes in the power of transparent systems to create better outcomes, even as he wrestles with the complexities of building guardrails for emerging technologies, especially at the intersection of technology, privacy, and trust. While some see only the shadow of technological harm, he works to build systems that honor both innovation and human values, though he acknowledges that this balance grows more precarious with each passing year.

Dan Lemberger is a wellness technology innovator working at the intersection of regenerative science, environmental design, and human sustainability. His focus is on developing technologies that enhance well-being by aligning advanced innovation with natural systems. With a background in research, intellectual property, education, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, he is committed to creating solutions that drive innovation that benefits both people and planet, including nonprofit organizations driving impact at the community and global levels.

Rob Goldman is a product and growth strategist who led Facebook’s Ads and Business Products, stewarding the systems that generated more than 99 percent of the company’s revenue. As VP of Ads, he introduced some of the platform’s first ad-transparency tools and pressed for publicly searchable political-ad archives—proof that rigorous, shared measurement can temper the shadows cast by digital influence. Since leaving Meta in 2019, Rob has advised and served on boards of data-centric startups such as Liftoff, where he champions experimentation that exposes bias while still unlocking innovation. His work is animated by the conviction that clear metrics—and the courage to look at them—are the surest path to trustworthy technology.
